While this video is hilarious, and sums up the stereotype of Millennial’s sentiment about home ownership, the numbers are coming out and they might surprise you.
According to the 2018 Home Buyer and Seller Generational Trends study from the National Association of Realtors, Millennials bought more homes than any other generational group over the last year. You heard that right! Over a third of all home purchases in 2017 were made by Millennials.
Goodbye mom and dad’s basement…. hello master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom!
